IT IS AN OFFENCE TO REPORT LOST TO CLAIM INSURANCE AFTER YOU HAVE SOLD THE PHONES TO US!
1) All phones sold to us are subjected to the SPEX (Stolen and Lost Property Index) screening procedure which is mandated by the Police Licensing Unit.
We do not take in phones that found to be reported lost or stolen. Thank you.
(1) New phones must be brand new, all plastic Protector on the phone must be intact.
(2) Opened to check is fine unless otherwise stated as Sealed!
(3) IPhones MUST BE NON ACTIVATED otherwise stated.
(4)Please take note we Do not lock in buy in prices. Prices are only valid when you reach shop and Staff will check this website for latest buy in prices.
(5)ORIGINAL PHYSICAL TELCO RECEIPT must be available for our retention, no original receipt deduction applies. Receipt must not have any details blanked off.
(6) Sell for Cash, No need to buy phone from us.
(7) Box torn or dirty we reserve the right to reject.
(8) For Opened sets ,Physical Telco Receipts must be dated same day unless otherwise stated Sealed
(9) Only Buy in local warranty Sets.
(10) Exchanged sets are considered used sets.
(11) Buy-back price is subject to change without prior notice and only applicable when you are in the shop transacting with our staff.
(12) Sellers are required to produce their ID/passport/work permit/etc for verification purposes.
(13) We reserve the right to reject any offers at our sole discretion without giving any specific reasons.
(14) Please check price with us if you by have more than 3 sets to sell.
(15) All Sellers are required to produce their NRIC or Work Permit for recording purpose
